General Information Available to rent any day of the week Accomodates up to 125 people The facilities at Hope Valley Farms Swim, Racquet and Fitness Club are a wonderful place to host a birthday party, business meeting, wedding reception, family reunion, a community event or for members only a party by the pool. Rental Rates We offer three different ways of renting the facility. Our full rental is $275 for members or $525 for non-members ($250 security/damage deposit for both). We also offer businesses a opportunity for rent for $100 for two hours and $50 for each additional hour. For our members only we offer a Birthday Party by the Pool rental for $60 for 2 hours. How to Rent To rent the clubhouse please follow these simples steps: 1)read the appropriate rental contract found on the forms page 2)contact the office for available dates and times 3)submit the appropriate rental contract along with the security deposit or payment 4)final payment is due 30 days prior to your engagement 5)follow the cleaning checklist.
